      Delivery is not available for the following locations outlying island :Lantau Island, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Man Wan and beyond.

    Delivery Schedule: From 10AM to 6PM.
    Delivery Procedure:Item(s) ordered will be delivered within 7 working days after payment approved. Customer will be notified the actual delivery date by our delivery department one day prior to the actual delivery date.
    Delivery service does not include delivery to private cargo warehouse, train station, airport and locations similar.
    If the customer’s delivery address does not have lift/elevator, our company has the right to charge additional service charge. For this circumstance, we will notify the customer prior to delivery.
    There will be no delivery when Typhoon signal 3 or above or the black rain storm is hoisted. We will notify the customer to arrange for an alternative delivery date.

  • Cancellation or Amendment of purchase
    No cancellation or amendment of purchase after payment is approved.
  • Condition of Exchange
    All requests for exchange must be made within 7 days from date of purchase; each item can only be exchange once, no refunds.
    Exchange will not be accepted unless original receipt of the relevant merchandise is presented within 7 days from date of purchase.
    DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:
      Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
      Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box)
      Any promotional items including discounted merchandise, gifts with purchase etc.
